📜 Ri & Ru – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Ri & Ru, every saree is carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. As sarees are delicate textile products, we request customers to read the policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with Ri & Ru, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1️⃣ Exchange Policy (Only in Genuine Cases)
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged condition
• Major manufacturing defect
📌 Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
📌 A clear parcel opening video (without cuts, from start to finish) is mandatory for any claim. Without unboxing video, request will not be accepted.
2️⃣ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Color difference due to lighting or screen resolution
• Minor thread variations or weaving irregularities
• Delay in raising complaint
• Sale / discounted products
• Slight texture or finish variations (common in sarees)
All purchases are final.
3️⃣ Conditions for Exchange Approval
To qualify for exchange:
• Saree must be unused
• Tags must be intact
• Product must be in original packaging
• No perfume smell, stains, or signs of wear
Ri & Ru reserves the right to reject exchange if product fails quality check after return.
4️⃣ Shipping Policy for Exchange
• If the issue is from our side → We will arrange replacement at no extra cost.
• If exchange is approved but customer wants design change → Reverse shipping & re-shipping charges will apply.
5️⃣ Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
6️⃣ Important Notice
Slight color variation may occur due to photography lighting and mobile screen settings.
Handloom, printed, or embroidered sarees may have slight irregularities which are natural characteristics of the fabric and not defects.
